I'm a Holistic Nutritionist, Mother and Adventure Lover.

My love for the outdoors while building the foundation for a holistic and healthy lifestyle for my family and I has led me to Wild + Well — a space dedicated to simplifying women’s health through Nutrition, Motherhood, Lifestyle, and Non-Toxic Living.

A little bit about my journey…

Growing up with a health-conscious family, my passion for real food and moving my body started at an early age.

I'm a born and raised Southerner from Atlanta, Georgia, but found myself spending most of my summers adventuring through the Rocky Mountains and falling in love with the great outdoors.

My love affair with the West eventually led my husband, fur child, and myself to Boulder, Colorado, where we lived for 8 years and I was certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher and Holistic and Nutritionist. I completed my Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorn University and have been taking continuing education credits in prenatal and postpartum nutrition. In 2022, we moved to Chattanooga, TN and I’m excited to continue working with clients both locally and virtually.

Growing up with a health-conscious family, my passion for real food and moving my body started at an early age. My mom, Sandy Nannen - owner of Uncommonly Good Health - would encourage my siblings and I to take supplements, eat mindfully, practice yoga, meditate, and pursue a balanced lifestyle for as long as I can remember.

My mom has always been a true advocate for my own health and wellness. Now, it is my turn to be an advocate for others through real food, intentional living, wellness, and community.

When I'm not working with clients, studying nutrition, or teaching yoga, you can usually find me exploring the mountains with my husband and son, Colter - whether that's skiing, hiking, rock climbing, running, or fly-fishing! I'll do anything if it means getting outside.

My love for the outdoors and living a healthy lifestyle has led me to my latest venture, Wild + Well, a space I created for people to pause from the 9 to 5, their duties as mom/dad, etc. in order to live wild, be well, and do more of what they love.
