Full transparency: I grew up in a health-conscious household. 

Yoga, supplements, and the latest weird crunchy recipes (thanks, mom) were commonplace. But I didn’t fully understand the impact of a holistic and nutrient-focused lifestyle until I became a nutritionist.

  • Yes! I do encourage course members to attend during the live sessions (for better community + Q&A time). But I know schedules can be tricky. Each session is recorded for you to access and rewatch anytime.

  • It’s an eight-week course with room for flexibility (you can rewatch recordings of the sessions if needed). The course begins on February 7, 2024 and ends on March 27th, 2024.

  • The preconception course is designed to fit around busy schedules. There’s a one-hour session every week, but no homework. You’ll be responsible for implementing the tools we learn together.

  • I recommend it, yes! The more you put into this course, the more you get out of it.

  • I’ve designed this course to cover all your bases when it comes to preconception. Most of my clients get pregnant within a few months!

  • Yes! I include a whole module on men’s hormone health and offer fertility testing options for men.
