  • Yes, absolutely! In fact, the most ideal time to start learning about postpartum would be during your pregnancy. We recommend the third trimester, but anytime during your pregnancy is a great time to learn and prepare yourself for what to expect after your baby arrives.

  • As moms, we know you have limited time! If you're pregnant, you may be exhausted with a million to do list items to check off and have limited time in your day to watch videos. If you're a new mom, you are tired, have a baby to tend to, and just don't have enough time to sit down for hour chunks.

    To sit down and learn for an hour for most of us, is just not going to happen. This is why we have broken our classes down into lessons that are 10-20 minutes of learning at a time and have references and guides for you to down the information to view on your phone or print out. Many moms who pump as part of their breastfeeding journey have commented that the length of the lessons is enough to watch one per pump session and keep you engaged during a tedious task!

  • Our lessons are recorded! This was done intentionally! You are a busy mama or mama to be and to get on at a specific time, is just way too hard. We want you to be able to take this course on your own time without any pressure.

    We also have our private facebook group for you to ask all those questions you may have asked during a live session. So, while we may not be live, you can still reach out to us!

  • This course is designed to be broken up and taken gradually in our 10-20 min chunks. All together you can expect roughly 10 hours of content with guides and references to download.

  • No, this class is for mamas at any stage. In fact, so much of this information in regards to nutrition, mood support, movement, herbs, and homeopathy is valuable health information for all stages of life! This course is packed with so much that mamas on their second, third, and fourth kids are still finding such a huge value. However, they only regret not having this information for their first time around.

    Our dream is to get as many first time mamas to take our course as possible, so they are not blind sided by postpartum like most moms.
