Non-Toxic Healthy Kitchen Swaps for Hormone Health

Many products and utensils that we use in the kitchen daily can cause some long-term effects on hormone health. It’s important to be mindful of the toxins that we’re exposed to and make important swaps to minimize our exposure. Toxins like BPA, PFOAs, aluminum, vinyl chloride, polyvinyl chloride, PTFE and more are hiding in our everyday kitchen utensils and products. It’s important to take note of what things that we’re using could be toxic and what swaps we can make.

I always tell clients to take their time when making swaps from conventional to non-toxic goods. It can be easier to work slowly and do one area of the home or kitchen at a time. This makes it less stressful and easier on budgeting!
